Ontario.Partners exists for one idea: an outside adviser should be willing to share the risk of their advice. Through the Growth Partner Program, Ali Sedighi invests his time upfront and is paid on measurable results, under terms written for each business. This page explains who is behind the brand, how the work is done and where it fits in the wider group.
The company
Ontario.Partners is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, a Canadian group with its head office in Vancouver, British Columbia. It serves businesses across Ontario, with consultations by video call or in person as well as by call, text and email.
The group has two halves:
- Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company. Under that roof sit HVAC.Agency and HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, Conv.ca and BusinessConsulting.ca.
- SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) is the group's strategy firm, focused on AI and revenue acceleration; Ali founded it and leads it as Managing Partner.
Ontario.Partners draws on both: the hands-on growth and marketing work of Sedighi.ca and the strategy discipline of SAZ.ca. Its pricing follows the group's published consulting ranges, explained on the pricing page.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi holds an MBA in Technology Management and has 17+ years of experience in digital marketing and growth, starting in 2007. That year he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Since then he has founded several businesses:
- Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency
- MyAutomation.ca
- SAZ.ca, where he is Founder & Managing Partner
His client work has spanned Canada, the USA and Dubai. In the heating and cooling sector alone he has built 150+ live HVAC websites, among them CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca and RomaHeating.ca. The measured outcomes from that work are on the results page.
The reason that background matters for a performance partnership is simple. Someone who has spent years building and tracking lead-generation systems knows how easily results are overstated, and how to set up records that make them hard to dispute.
How we work
Numbers first, terms in writing, and a plain answer when something won't work. A few principles shape every engagement:
- Measure before promising anything. Every partnership starts with a fit and baseline assessment. We don't name a result in advance.
- Write it down. The baseline, the measure, the record, how payment works, the term and the exit are all agreed in writing before work starts.
- You own your accounts. Websites, ad accounts, analytics and customer records stay in your business's name.
- Fewer partnerships, done properly. Partnerships are limited because Ali's own time goes in first.
- Say no when it's no. If a partnership doesn't suit, we recommend a fixed-fee option or another adviser.
What we are, and what we aren't
We're a business and marketing consulting service. We aren't lenders, investors, lawyers or accountants. The Growth Partner Program is a way of paying for consulting; it isn't financing, an ownership stake or an investment offer.
That means some questions belong with your own professionals:
- Legal: the wording and enforceability of any agreement
- Tax: how payments are treated in your books
- Industry rules: licensing and advertising rules set by bodies such as the TSSA or ESA, which we link to but don't interpret
We also don't install, repair or deliver anything in your business. Our role is advice, planning and the growth work agreed in the terms.
Why Ontario, from Vancouver
Because the work happens in your numbers, your website and your sales process, all of which travel well. A Kitchener manufacturer's sales log can be reviewed from anywhere, and so can an Oshawa contractor's call records or an Ottawa clinic's booking data.
Our office hours, Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, run from noon to 9 p.m. Eastern, which suits owners who prefer to talk after their own working day. The areas pages explain how the approach changes across the province.
To start a conversation, call or text (604) 632-4959 or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. The contact page explains what to include.
Frequently asked questions
Who will I actually work with?
Ali Sedighi leads every partnership personally. That's one reason partnerships are limited: the upfront time is his own, not a junior account manager's.
Is Ontario.Partners a separate company?
It's a brand within the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. Sedighi.ca is Ali's growth, marketing and technology consulting company, and BusinessConsulting.ca is one of its brands.
Why are your case studies all HVAC?
Because the group's published portfolio grew out of HVAC work, including 150+ live HVAC websites. We present those results as results from our HVAC work, not as results in other industries.
Do you give legal or tax advice on the partnership terms?
No. We provide business and marketing consulting. Have your own lawyer and accountant review any written agreement before you sign it.
