Results from our HVAC work, and what transfers to your business

Our published case studies are HVAC results, and we present them as exactly that. They show what measured growth looks like when tracking is done properly, which is the core of any performance partnership.

All five numbers below were earned in heating and cooling, the sector where the group's portfolio started. We present them as HVAC results, not as evidence for any other industry. What makes them relevant to an Ontario growth partnership is how they were measured: each one is a number someone could check, tied to a named business with a live website.

Why we show HVAC results on an Ontario consulting site

Because they're the measured, verifiable results we have, and a performance partnership is built on measured, verifiable results. It would be easy to dress them up as general business outcomes. We won't, because that would be precisely the kind of overstatement a partnership is designed to prevent.

What transfers to other sectors is not the specific number but the discipline behind it:

  • a defined measure, such as leads, ROI or organic traffic
  • a period over which it was measured
  • a named business and a live site you can look at
  • a method that can be repeated and checked

That's the same structure a Growth Partner Program agreement uses.

What each one shows

Each result illustrates a different part of the growth method.

CombiBoiler.ca: return on spending

CombiBoiler.ca reached 300% ROI and 300+ monthly leads. ROI is the measure most owners care about, because it compares what came back with what went in. It's also the measure that needs the cleanest records: you can only calculate it if you know which sales came from which spending.

HVACDeal.ca: leads and ratio together

HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI. Pairing a volume number with a ratio is useful because either one alone can mislead. Lots of leads at a poor return isn't growth; a great ratio on tiny volume may not matter.

BCWide.ca: speed with a time frame

BCWide.ca tripled its leads in 90 days. The time frame is what makes this number meaningful. A result without a period attached can't be compared with anything.

CanroHeat.ca: growth against a baseline

CanroHeat.ca grew leads by 250%. Percentage growth only makes sense against a starting point, which is why every partnership begins with a baseline assessment.

Roma Heating & Cooling: an early indicator

Roma Heating & Cooling saw 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months. Traffic isn't revenue, but it's a leading indicator. In a partnership, traffic would usually be tracked as a diagnostic, while the payment measure would sit closer to sales.

What this means for an Ontario business

Expect your own numbers, measured against your own baseline, not a borrowed headline. A Waterloo B2B firm, a Halton clinic and a Durham contractor all have different margins, sales cycles and markets. The case studies above show that measured growth is possible when the work and the tracking are done properly. They don't predict what your business will see.

Here's what does transfer directly:

  1. Define the measure before the work starts.
  2. Set up tracking so the measure can be checked. See results measurement.
  3. Attach a time frame to every target.
  4. Report the numbers that matter, not the flattering ones.

None of these clients' figures will be repeated as yours; your own baseline is the only fair comparison. Frequently asked questions

Were these results achieved under the Growth Partner Program?

We don't present them that way. They are results from our HVAC work. What they show is the method: measure carefully, then grow what is measured.

Will my business get similar numbers?

There's no way to promise that, and nobody honest would. Your results depend on your market, your margins, your capacity and how the work is carried out. That's exactly why the partnership measures results against your own baseline.

Do you have case studies outside HVAC?

Our published, verifiable case studies are from HVAC work. We'd rather show real results from one sector than make claims we can't back up in others.
